Partial Hospitalization, sometimes called "PHP" or Day Treatment, is a type of drug and alcohol treatment facility that works to handle substance abuse disorders and mental health problems which might be co-occurring. In a PHP center, the treatment client in rehabilitation takes part in a variety of rehabilitation activities and techniques in the day and then leaves in the night time. This is carried out several days a week, all dependent on the severity of the drug problem.
