Centers known as Partial Hospitalization or Day Treatment programs are offered to certain men and women in Alvin who are fighting co-occurring drug and alcohol abuse and psychological issues. These types of centers can be effective to those rehab clientele in Alvin that might not be able to have the money to pay for inpatient treatment, or who are not able to take advantage of an inpatient center due to familial obligations. Partial hospitalization programs work with the client during the day through counseling and other treatment methods, and the individual goes home in the PM. Rehab is conducted nearly each day of the week on an intensive program which is aimed at fully rehabilitating the individual both physically and mind.
